Aberdyfi Regatta - 11th July 2010

Posted by Dave Reynolds on Monday, July 12, 2010, In : Rowing

Celtic Challenge

Our Rowing training went well this weekend. Borth Rowing Club trained on Friday night, we used a RIB on Saturday afternoon to practice boat transfers, being out on the water for about 3 and a 1/2 hours. We then rowed on Saturday evening with two crews going out to the Bouys by Aberdyfi. On Sunday we had a couple of crews out from 7 am and again in the evening at 7pm. Each row was designed to get everyone rowing hard for an hour.

Sarah and I managed 5 Rows in 3 days and each one was fairly hard...
